Check out Priceline: usally at Priceline you bid but don't get to choose. HOWEVER, for Disney World and Orlando travel packages they have "Buy it now" packages at great prices.
If you are a member of the armed services, Shades of Greenis an excellent option for your lodging at Disney World
Preferred parking: If you are an AAA member, don't forget to ask for a Disneyworld Diamond Parking pass. While it doesn't provide free parking, it DOES allow you to park very near the entrace to the parks.
